Great Assistance from Staff

However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. They tried to book us in other hotels, but unfortunately, there were no good deals available. Despite this, the staff called for a Grab taxi and even paid for our fare to the bus terminal. Their assistance and willingness to help truly impressed us.
